Ones to watch

This month, Creative Review have chosen us to be the Ones to Watch in their environmental issue.

The pressure’s on us, as this title has seen others like Bibliotheque and Proud Creative go on to do great things.

We were asked to supply our press shots for the article, and after thinking up some ‘crazy’ and ‘arty’ ideas for a shot, decided to do the pictures in a Boots photobooth (instead of having them done by a high profile photographer). The money we saved by doing this was then given to a local charity. Thoughtful, you see.

Well, kind of.

Here’s Mr Farrow standing in front of one of our boards, looking slightly unimpressed...

It’s not easy being green...

Last night we went to a D&AD President's Lecture on Branding and Environmental Issues Forum.

Well done D&AD, it was great. We got to meet Michael Wolff, and hear lots of interesting speakers talk about environmental initiatives (such as Plan A by M&S) which raise the bar on how commercial enterprise operates.

David Hieatt of howies® and John Grant were especially good.

We'd recommend anyone who hasn't read John Grant's book, The Brand Innovation Manifesto, to get a copy .

We’re not just Thoughful, we’re nosey too

Stu found this email address tucked away on an innocent smoothie carton this morning.

Although innocent have been going for seven years, with these little tricks, they still seem to appear fresh (no pun intended).

Have you noticed the messages on the bottom of the smoothie bottles too?
